The Supplier Diversity Department is responsible for identifying, qualifying and recommending potential suppliers to Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A, Inc. One of the ways small business suppliers are identified is through Toyota’s participation in a wide range of community-based organizations and targeted small business trade fairs and events across the U.S. By meeting suppliers in the communities where they operate, Toyota gains a better understanding of its potential business partners.
